With a crew at the front of the mess, I climbed over the cases to find the open hole where the next strap (singular) was. We held it for about 7 minutes until more people arrived. We braced the load, and there was no way for any of us to move or reset a strap or bar. I popped the strap at the rear of the truck, and everything started moving at once.
